Yes, all classes are complete beginner friendly. You will take more rest and complete less sets of the workout. You need to build up your fitness levels real slow.

Classes are recorded at 10am Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Then 11am on Tuesday and 6.30pm on Thursdays. Your class will be on the site or the app within 2 hours sometimes less, but I advice clients to be 1 workout behind me incase there are uploading issues.

Depending on your level and ability you will need 2 weights and a step for the Step aerobics class. If you are going out buying weights and are a beginner I'd advice 2 x 3kgs weights. If you are stepping up on a piece of furniture please make sure it can take your body weight.

Each month we aim to complete 5 sessions per week. Depending on the month that can be anything from 20 sessions per month to 24 sessions for your €30.00 fee. Classes can be canceled at any stage and you will not be charged for the next month.

Yes, we have group sessions daily, pay as you go is available and is €8.00 per class per person. Please contact Pam on 0879502630 for the up to date timetable

To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
